I want to take this opportunity to strongly recommend Taylor Beacom, the CEO of Astra Tech Support, to anyone needing computer hardware and/or software technical support. I am a retired business owner and considered myself computer literate. I recently encountered two computer issues that completely baffled me.

Upon waking a few weeks ago, I found that my printer and computer had a disagreement during the night and had decided not to talk to each other. I went through all the standard troubleshooting procedures to no avail. Thinking that my 1-year-old printer had suffered a catastrophic failure, I was ready to purchase a new printer when my wife told me about a friend of hers who had used Taylor to solve her computer issues. I called Taylor. He came to my home within 24 hours and had my system up and running in about an hour. I did not need a new printer.

My second issue happened two days ago. I purchased a new computer and restored it from a backup hard drive. My new computer said the backup was successful but, upon looking, thousands of files were “missing” including all of my personal banking and stock market transactions. I called Taylor. He was able to come over the next day and came with a notebook full of notes. He had researched my problem online and worked on my new computer for the next three hours restoring all of my lost files. Taylor was a lifesaver as the loss of this personal information would have been devastating.
